Can I redesign the UI of top navbar ? Also I want to make some improvements in the side navbar.

Hey, I checked the top navbar and I see it is not perfectly responsive. I would like to make improvements in navbar. If this issue is still unresolved please assign me.

@AMAN123956 sir i am a GSSOC 2022 participant, there is not a proper navbar UI ,which will be really helpful to user,instead of scrolling pages. so please assign this task to me.
