Filter hackathon card and Like feature for hackathon card

@RamitVishwakarma we can create a filter option so that we can filter the hackathon based on the theme like web dev, Ml etc and even can add like button that displays number of likes ,can u please assign this task for me I am a contributor under GSSOC 24
