OCR on hand-written english text and digits?

Does it also perform OCR on hand-written english text and digits? I have a form - table in which students have to write the answers which are either english words or digits. I want to automate the process of digitizing this hand-written forms into a .csv or excel form more reliably and seeking for open-source options.

@xfab-hari Docling offers multiple choices for OCR, among which are EasyOCR, RapidOCR, Tesseract, and ocrmac. The results of the docling conversion will depend how these engines can handle handwriting recognition.
