Suggestion: Make "nds bootsrap loading" splash image customizable or toggleable

Make an option to enable/dissable this screen or be it interchangable by other custom splash/plain black image.

This could be neat for 3DS users that have "Fat table cache" turned off, so every time they reboot a game, the nds bootstrap screen rather shows a black screen or simply show nothing, and for DSi users, they could make custom splash images.

Another workaround could be that this image is shown only when a rom is loaded from a frontend, and not from a soft reset.

I would prefer a custom splash than a plain black image, because the black image reminds to the black screen, and that's the horror xD
