Change Nds game screenshot location

The screenshots that you make in twilight menu goes into a folder in the VRAM Bank. This makes it so you can select where the screenshots can be put in on the SD card directory.

The first thing you said makes no sense. Screenshots are saved in screenshots.tar in sd:/_nds/nds-bootstrap/. A VRAM bank is where the screenshot capture gets stored in the VRAM (Video RAM), in order for it to be written to screenshots.tar.

If the screenshot location we're to be changed, the screens would still have to be in a .tar file due to the inability for nds-bootstrap to individually create files after booting a DS game.

Yes what I meant was for in the request was to have screenshot directory’s to be changed, instead of it going to sd:/_nds/nds-bootstrap/.

Why do you want to change the directory though?

The DCIM folder is where the photos are stored on the rest of the console. The screenshots can be put in one folder.

Can I reopen the issue as a requested feature even if it’s not planned?

I've re-opened it for you, since iirc you can't re-open an issue the repo maintainer(s) has closed.

I doubt there are others who want the same feature though, since you're the only one who has requested this so far.

If I understand correctly, this would allow one to view screenshots from the DSi photo/galerie app, and would also allow to have more than 50 screenshots.

I'd be very interested in having both of those features!
