DS2DS doesn't launch

Launch Method: SD card (HiyaCFW)

Version used: Release (0.50.1) and Nightly (a90e123a)

Game tested/used/applicable: DS2DS 3.2 (https://dlhb.gamebrew.org/dshomebrew/ds2ds.7z)

Expected Behavior: The homebrew app should launch to the main menu.

Actual Behavior: The homebrew app never launches and the console freezes with two black screens.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch TwilightMenu from the DSi Menu.
2. Navigate to the DS2DS NDS file and launch it.
3. The console freezes with two black screens.

I was able to get it to boot in DSi Mode (touch doesn't work, but you can press A) in 0.54.2, and files were recognized (no DLDI issues apparently). But for some reason I was unable to send/receive files. DS mode caused a DLDI error.
