More Accurate Nintendo DSi Theme

In the DSi theme, touching applets to the left or right of the cursor do not get scrolled towards. In addition, although these aren't that big an issue, tapping the DSi theme scrollbar and using the directional pad in the quick menu don't use gliding animations like they do on the official menus and they just snap into place, and ceasing scrolling with the touch screen does not play the cursor sound effect.

When scrolling from a box with an icon to one without, it just goes straight into not showing the bubble. On the DSi, it has a fade. Same thing happens when you press up to sort. Speaking of the sorting mode, the box that the arrow points to should be flashing, yet doesn't.

Also, when hitting right on the right most entry, no sound is made on TWiLight Menu++ while a tapping glass sound is made on the DSi. Same thing happens on the left most entry. When tapping a non highlighted title, it would move to that position on the DSi while it will do nothing on TWiLight Menu++

It'd be cool if we could also move icons using the touch screen as well as UP on the DPAD. That's how the DSi Menu does things

Some more little things as well: when you touch an icon on the actual DSi menu, a slight overlay appears over the icon to indicate that you're touching it or have touched it, with the icon also moving slightly to make it look as though it's being pressed in, which currently isn't present in the DSi theme. There also aren't any sounds as of now for icon taps in the DSi theme, unlike the actual DSi menu.
