Ds lite error when close the game via ndsbootstrap

Hey i'm sorry idk if is only on my console but , i have it on Ds lite and when i tried to close the games to not need to turn off the console using the L+ ↓ + select menu , and put exit the game , the console freeze is there any solution ? i have it on the flashcard with autoboot

Assuming this is the "Smart Update" one, this is a known issue. You'll have to either use a different flashcard or use the kernel as the game loader instead of nds-bootstrap.

Try pressing L+R+A+B+X+Y buttons at the same time. If that does not work, then rebooting the DS is the only way.

I encountered a similar issue before, and it turned out that I had only copied the AUTO Boot file and the _nds directory, but forgot to copy BOOT.nds to the SD card. In this case, the flashcard could successfully boot into TWiLightMenu, but it would white screen when exiting in the nds-bootstrap menu. I wonder if this is the same situation you're experiencing.
