Show which cheats are activated in cheat directories

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's simply to hard to keep track of many cheats are active at once in twilight menu since after some sonic classic collection (which has a huge list of cheats) I'm not gonna remember which cheats I activated.

Describe the solution you'd like Show How many cheats are active in a singular/multiple directory/directories, or show a check mark next to the directory/directories. And show how many cheats in general are active in parentheses at the top of the cheat menu. (Unrelated Note: It would be also be nice if twilight menu stayed on the same save number after not saving a cheat)
