Main Menu buttons and touch screen delay

Flashcard or Exploits? I do not know what can I put here, It start directly into twilight menu with Unlaunch Base Console: Nintendo DSi

Expected behavior

Should respond "instantly" to the buttons and/or touch screen

Actual behavior

Responds a little after I press a button or touch the screen (only when a game or something similar is selected)

Notes

When a game is selected, it takes a little bit of time to respond, but if there is no game selected, it responds as it should be.

There's a delay, because TWiLight Menu++ does some checks before launching the game, like if the game needs a donor ROM, or if the AP-fix is available.
