Touch screen control in settings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not really a problem just a minor improvement

Describe the solution you'd like Have the ability to use the bottom screen in the settings of twilight menu ++ have a side bar on the screen to allow for faster scrolling, changing settings ( Like system language ) could have 2 arrows between the text to determine which language you want or maybe the flick of your stylus could determine a direction.
