Set specific dates & times to boot certain NDS ROMs

Not really, but here’s my usecase: I have a collection of the Pokemon DS distribution ROMs, but they all require a certain date to be set before you can distribute successfully. Otherwise, it’ll state the distribution has ended and do nothing.

Describe the solution you'd like

An option to allow setting a custom date & hour:minute for specific ROMs (maybe in the Y menu). Outside of distributions, this could be useful if you needed a certain season in Animal Crossing or Pokemon BW or B2W2. But I would like to have it default back to the system’s date when using a ROM without the custom date option enabled.

E.G. you set a Pkmn Diamond ROM to boot on April 1, 2023. You boot the ROM, you get the 5%+ encounter rate. You exit the Diamond game and boot Pkmn Pearl, which does not have a custom date set, so it defaults back to the 3DS system’s date: July 13, 2023.

Describe alternatives you've considered

As of right now, I’m just changing the system date and time manually via the System Settings app on the 3DS home screen. Not really ideal because it screws with the Activity Log on my 3DS, but I deal with it.
