Favourite Folders

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

My personal folder structure consists of various folders, like Games and Apps, on the SD-Root. However, the SD-Root is also a cluttered mess, especially with things like hiyaCFW installed. Both of these folders also have various sub-folders. And it's easy to back out one folder too far at times.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally, SELECT + DPAD Up/Down could be modified to switch between not just source devices, but also favourited folders. Else, a touch element, similar to the 3DS-Theme's overhead buttons could work depending on the theme, maybe showing only if favourites are set if it appears intrusive? Or a unique button combination, though they're already quite cluttered. Maybe an entry in the SELECT-Menu, but that would get problematic with the DS-Classic-Menu. Favourites could be set using the hide/delete menu, where X remains unused.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Folder hiding, but that uses the proper FS flags, and thus affects trying to access the files on a PC as well. (workarounds exist of course, "Show hidden files", but some people actually use hidden files/folders there as well, and thus have to toggle between them frequently) It also doesn't allow instant access to sub-folders, which favourites would allow. (i.e. sd:/games/dsiware/)
