Default 3DS theme skin lacks rotating cubes and startup sound

Expected behaviour

The default 3DS theme would display the rotating cubes video on the top screen, and would play the startup sound.

Actual behaviour

Neither of these are used.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set the theme to 3DS and set the skin to Default (not light)
2. Go back to the menu

I'm pretty sure these were never implemented, and isn't something caused by recent updates.

Also, I understand that the exclusion of the rotating cubes might have been intentional given its size, was this the case?

I actually think its the exact opposite, not from recent updates though. I would appreciate it if you tested an older version and add your results here.

I tried as far back as 6ed1af9 or so. I don't really know when the functionality was added, nor do I know how to find that information.

The rotating cubes were never in NitroFS iirc, they used to be in the skin bundled in the 7z, but it was removed to save space. I'm gussing the startup sound was lost when removing the skins completely (just using the fallback files in NitroFS)
