Make pop-up displaying configurable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. While it's fine to have the DSi and 3DS themes separate and have their own unique features, there are some things I may want to accomplish with the DSi theme but needs something that's only in the 3DS theme. Specifically, this would be the pop-up displaying, where it slides in from the top in the DSi theme and just appears/disappears in the 3DS theme.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a theme.ini configuration to specify which method would be used.

Describe alternatives you've considered Allow also setting it to slide in from the left/right/bottom, as well as maybe the direction it leaves.

Additional context Any other settings that are distinguished between the DSi and 3DS themes would be appreciated, but this is mainly what I have in mind.

I think this is part of an overall goal to try and merge themes + skins together, so that things wouldn't be hardcoded.
