Add an option for using Macro Mode in TWiLight Menu++ only

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I don't own usually use a single-screened DS, but when skinning TWiLight Menu++, it may be necessary to spend a significant amount of time in Macro Mode, but still want to use the system normally in-between. The single-screen UI may also be preferable to some.

Describe the solution you'd like Add an option to the Macro Mode setting for using it only in TWiLight Menu++, which would turn the top screen back on when launching something, and would not affect launched emulators and such.

If this does get implement, please do not make this a new setting but rather just an extension of the already existing one.

Keep in mind this also could be considered by others to be feature creep considering the audience it appeals towards is a minority. I personally think it's fine but if there ever becomes an option to mark an option as primary or secondary, this would be a secondary option rather than one of the main ones. Though, this is already getting into an idea we're not going to be implementing for a while (TWiLight Menu++ Settings Menu revamp to look more like the DSi System Settings) so I'll keep further discussion there when the time comes instead of hijacking your thread.
