Separate button defines from codebase

When launching TWiLight Menu++, there are a set of button combos one can do to activate different events, whether its launching last ran rom, settings, slot 1 or resetting settings.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Unfortunately, the way to use certain features are locked to buttons defined in the codebase rather than a separate user-accessible file with definitions.

Describe the solution you'd like Read the button combos from the settings.

Describe alternatives you've considered Make a separate file in the source code with all the defines. Means that we still need a custom twilight build but at least we don't need to navigate through the source code

Additional context Reset Settings is meant to be for corrupted setting files, so having a custom user-accessible file is not so smart. Maybe we could leave that hardcoded or proceed with caution.
