Warn if RAM disk not found
If a RAM disk is not found at the selected slot, I think it should show a warning before booting. Something like sd:/ramdisks/castlewars.img not found! Press start to proceed without RAM disk.
The reason for this is primarily so that people don't assume that just because the RAM disk setting is turned on, that one will be used/automatically generated.
Might be better to do the warning in TWiLight, it could do it the same was as the AP patch missing, clusters not 32 KB, etc warnings.
I do think it'd probably be good to have though since as is it does look like you're done if you just set RAM Disk to 0 or so.
Could someone move this to the TWiLight Menu++ repository, then? I don't think the issue creator is allowed to do it.
