Problems with Y axis in plots with rank species

Dear Dominik,

I've been using blobtools v1.1.1 for a couple of assembly projects and it worked pretty well at determining contaminant species. However, there is now a case where i find that the Y-axis values does not correspond to the values shown in the bars. This only happens when i use the species rank and not the phylum. See this example:

Do you know what is going on and how could I quickly fix this?
