[Trigger Sign] - bug when turning on and off with redstone
Description
Hello, the error I found is that the activation sign when activated by redstone does not deactivate, to deactivate it you must put redstone and remove power it again to make it work.

the first example is of a block sign that is triggered by redstone
the second is from an activation sign that when activated with redstone, this activates another blocking sign to change it, but when removing the power of redstone it does not return to normal, it must be activated and deactivated a second time.

You know if this problem has already been corrected, download the latest update and it remains the same

I mean the trigger sign, which when activated with redstone works fine, but removing the redstone signal does not deactivate it, you have to activate the redstone again so that it is deactivated.
