Inconsistent trigger behavior
Since sign behavior has mostly been fixed, triggers should be expanded.

- [x] Switchable triggers that can be dis- and enabled? (See rocker and windup signs)
- [x] Repeatable and one-time triggers
- [ ] Fix and rework broken triggers
- [ ] Fortune
- [ ] Add new triggers for when:
- [ ] players die
- [ ] players leave the dungeon
- [ ] timeToFinish expired
- [ ] API
