Open Referral was nominated as an open standard. We will delay this submission as our DPG standard is currently revising the reviewing of open standards digital solutions. We shall revert ASAP. Thanks.

Following Standard Council discussions, we are no longer accepting open standards submissions at the moment. We are currently working on integrating open standards as part of the DPG Standard indicator 8: Adherence to Standards & Best Practices, but not as a stand-alone DPG category.

For the moment we will be closing this PR.
