PortableUTM initially submitted with several gaps in the DPG standard indicators which need to be addressed before we can proceed with the review:

@lacabra I have contacted the person who made the submission and will update once they come through.

This repository has not been since Feb, 2022. PortableUTM is working on additional features. We can close this PR and encourage the project owners to re-submit in the new application.
