Can't modify any settings – Warning: file_put_contents(/config.json): failed to open stream: Read-only file system in

I'm having a hard time setting the target languages (or modifying any settings). I'm getting this.

I tried chmod 777 on the whole folder, .json in /Application Support, and GoogleTranslateWorkflowBase.php to no avail.
