Import testing

Currently we don't test all API endpoints for imports but we should.

This issue is to track the progress.

At least the following imports should be tested:

• [ ] Contest import
• [ ] Problem import including overwrite flag
• [ ] Team import
• [ ] Organization import
• [ ] Group import
• [ ] Account import
