00log.txt should not be seen as an extension by Validate Database.
The Create Database tool writes a log text file to the gdb folder that records the version of the tool and the date of creation but the file is seen as a non-GeMS specified extension by the Validate Database. In fact, the report should probably be changed to display the contents of that file if it has any (some report the presence of an empty log file ?) and ignored otherwise.
Great, thanks Evan!
