Add support for Visual Studio 2022

Did the latest release (7.0.6) include full support for Visual Studio 2022 support or is it still 'not tested'? If not fully supported, any idea when that might happen? My organization is considering a VS upgrade and knowing this would help us plan to which version of ACE-TAO to upgrade. If VS 2022 were supported, we may choose 7.0.x, otherwise, we would likely stay with 6.5.x.

Visual Studio 2022 is still not fully tested. A full validation is time consuming and that is something that has to be sponsored, see https://github.com/DOCGroup/ACE_TAO/wiki/ACE-and-TAO-Commercial-support for the support options, including @RemedyIT, the company I work for.
