We can also [search](https://github.com/search?q=repo%3AScratchAddons%2FScratchAddons+path%3A%2F%5E*addon.json%2F+NOT+%28dynamicEnable+AND+dynamicDisable%29&type=code) to see addons that need either Dynamic Enable or Dynamic Disable.

If possible, we might also want it to only appear if Scratch Notifier is enabled. Otherwise, muting notifications would have no effect and therefore this setting should be hidden.

Should we change it to Disable notifications/Enable notifications?
