Just found that there's an error of the CSP header, and looks like the directive is missing, something like `default-src` should be added. I can't find the place to send...
On the map page the circles used to mark the servers do not scale to a sensible size. Because they are not transparent they obscure the view of the map...

See the [JSON file](https://download.dnscrypt.info/dnscrypt-resolvers/json/public-resolvers.json) for generating map, some servers have a `location` value and some do not, but I did't see anywhere to modify `location` in the [dnscrypt-resolvers](https://github.com/DNSCrypt/dnscrypt-resolvers) repo.
