Investigate using storybook-addon-stencil

Due to the differences in compilation of storybook vs stencil https://github.com/ZanichelliEditore/storybook-addon-stencil was not compatible with recent versions of both. Storybook recent improvements made that difference less of a problem and that addon was recently updated to newer versions of both storybook and stencil which should make it more stable.
