I might consider that, but I have done quite a bit of installing using mamba 0.25.0, and I haven't seen this issue with that version.

@Jasha10 I'm mostly using conda for my package management right now, so I haven't noticed that yet. I'll consider that, although I'd prefer a conda install.

You're right. I downloaded the kvxopt package from conda-forge directly, and it installs to a kxvopt directory, so I don't know why the package is listed as incompatible with cvxopt....
