improve account creation flow

when a user create an account, if the operation is successful, it is redirected back to the home page with an alert (flash message). We should improve the step as:

• the user fill the create account form as submit
• the data is validated
• IF there are error the user goes back and the alert is displayed, ELSE the user is redirected to a static page "account created"

The static page contains a thank you message an a clear message for the user to CONFIRM the account.
