Allow selection of specific questions in download

Currently the selection of parts to download to a document are general. It would be nice to be able to select specific individual questions for download to a document. This would be beneficial when individuals would like to publish the downloaded DMP document in a different repository alongside their data to exclude questions that may have too much organizational sensitive information (internal storage locations, internal procedures, etc).

Envisioned solution: in the download section have a dropdown menu with checkboxes per question, of which the checked questions are downloaded in 1 document.
