[BUG]: Formatting errors in Word download

When downloading to Word, any question that has multiple newlines, does not get downloaded correctly.

Question format (downloaded correctly in PDF):

When downloaded to Word:

Additionally, when this happens, the hyperlink in the missing line gets shifted +1 to all other hyperlinks. Example:

• question 1 contains 2 newlines with hyperlink 'abc' in the first line and hyperlink 'def' in the second, question 2 contains hyperlink 'ghi'.
• In Word download because the second line with a hyperlink is missing, it is apparently shifted to the next occurrence of a hyperlink that will now in question 2 show the wrong hyperlink 'def'.

This can be solved by not using newlines within the question, but seems odd as the pdf does render correctly.
