Helpdesk and Google Analytics Tracker needs to be entered again in order to save

What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0) v3.1.0 using DMP Assisant database (with db:migration done) v4.0.1 using DMP Assisant database (with db:migration done)

Expected behaviour: When creating a new org, after entering the helpdesk email and google analytical tracker, click the save button and all info should be saved.

Actual behavior: Get the 'Successfully created organization' message, but both helpdesk and google analytical tracker information disappear:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run rake db:migration to add helpdesk and google tracker field, then enable these functions in config
2. Log in as a super admin, go to the organization page and create a new organization
3. Enter test information including fake helpdesk email and Google tracker info:
4. Click save. Then I got the screenshot above

I doubt if it has something to do with cache?

Verified on Feb 27, 2023..The issue is still here.
