Only super admins can rename the organisation

@pherterich @mariapraetzellis any thoughts on the suggestion below? Based on our recent experience of an ex admin being able to change the old org name to new - we believe that tt should be only super admins that can go through org and rename this to new name

That would work for me and help with keeping our orgs tidy, I'm not sure how that would tie in with the ROR integration though...

This would work for the ROR implementation we have and it would be desirable.
