Historical usage statistics

What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0) v3.0.2

Expected behaviour: Usage statistics for users and plans show date for a period of up to 12 months. Institutions would like to see usage statistics for longer periods e.g. 2019, for period x. They would like to compare annual data, e.g. 2019 vs 2020.

Actual behaviour: Currently, usage statistics available are:

• number of users joined last year, shown in a bar chart, bar per month, for a period of up to one year
• number of plans during last year, shown in a bar chart, bar per month, for a period of up to one year
• number of plans by template, shown in a horizontal bar, and timeline can be selected via drop-down box for a period of up to one year.

A similar issue has been raised on the DMPonline board, https://github.com/DigitalCurationCentre/DMPonline-Service/issues/538 .

I'm raising it on Roadmap because the Usage (statistics) should be improved overall.
