Pop-up help text overlaps on-screen help text/explanations and even tick boxes

Expected behaviour:

Pop-up help text (text that appears on mouse over) should not overlap key on-screen elements, such as tick boxes, for example. This issue seems to have been fixed for the Create New Project screen but not for editing existing project screen.

Actual behaviour:

If you edit the Project DEtails of an existing plan, and hover over text boxes such as 'Project Title' the pop-up help text overlaps with the guidance on the right hand side of the box.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to My Dashboard -> select a plan -> Project Details page will automatically open -> hover mouse over fields such as Project Title, Grant Number, Project Abstract.
