Ability to sort and search by all/most fields in tables

Some tables contain fields that are not sortable or searchable, but language in the tool suggests that you should be able to. We should also implement sort across all fields/tables for consistency. I recall this being a complex issue and maybe out of scope, but we should assess which of the fields are sortable/searchable and add them.

Here is an itemized list of tables and fields that need filters/searchability added:

Public DMPs: Org, Owner My dashboard main plans table: Role, Visibility, Shared My dashboard Org plans table: Owner Users: Plans, Current privileges Plans: Org, Owner (high priority - multiple requests), Visibility (required for #278 ) Guidance: Themes (alphabetical by first word of first theme)

This issue was also raised during the DMPonline Usability Testing exercise in 2020

Some fields may be straightforward to make visible and sortable, and so those can be added in due course.

Other fields will not be straightforward to add, and so they can be ignored.
