After docker image (#24) is generated, we can follow the steps how Trias-lab Foundation's iota_perf generates data to track the performance of transactions.

Expected output:

1. Generate performance metrics for IRI and TA;
2. Periodical measurement and analysis;
3. CI pipeline integration;
