Wrong placement of wing cells if twist is not zero

We use wing cells to define the material distribution on wind turbine baldes. An example dataset of a blade can be found below:

As discussed with @joergbrech , there are problems with the placement of the wing cells if the twist is not equal to zero. The cell on the upper surface in the following picture is defined from xsi = 0.3 to xsi = 0.6. The two main spars are placed at xsi = 0.35 and xsi = 0.52. Accordingly, the cell have to lie between the spars, but it doesn't. The cell on the lower surface is defined from xsi = 0.31 to xsi = 0.61, which means that it should also lie between the spars and also lie almost vertically below the cell above. We have the feeling that this error only occurs when the twist is not equal to zero
