Provide better error messages in case of multiple elements / section

Tigl seems not be able to manage the case of multiples element definition in one section. (This was not the case in Tigl2) The reordering of the segment seems to be the cause of the issue. ':/

This is not supported by TiGL. We should make sure that the error message is more clear.
