Model nose cap + tail

Tigl/CPACS does not have a description of the nose. Therefore the fuselage ends in a blunt nose stump.

In case we have guide curves, we can model the nose by extrapolating the guide-curves with C1 continuity using quadratic Bezier curves. The curves must meet in the nose point. The distance of the nose point from the last segment would be a free parameter.

A demonstration code already exists under tigl.experiments.
