Sunburst Diagram of grouped vaccination and infection compartments

When a user selects a date and a district then a Sunburst diagram (Stacked Pie Chart) should show : at the outwards ring grouped vaccination compartments (V1, V2, V etc) and at the inwards ring it should show different infection status (Infected, Hospitalized, ICU, Dead)
