Improve test/t8_forest/t8_gtest_transform

test/t8_gtest_transform tests the transformation of element-faces. It is a function of the element-scheme and therefore it should be moved to test/t8_schemes/. Furthermore it currently tests only QUADS and TRIs, it should be extended to all element-schemes.
