make the mod unusable when going into hypixel

i want to make it that when you go in hypixel the mod is blocked like clients because when i am playing minemen club and wanna go to hypixiel i have to remove the mod my self and then reopen minecraft and when i am going into minemen club i need the prespective mod so ye make a feature where if you go in hypixel you cant use the mod and thank you

This is impossible with how Forge works unfortunately.
