unbelievable slow

I have pretty developed tree of directories and files on company dropbox space and reaching out contents through nextcloud using this extension is patience test. You click in NC on folder residing on Dropbox and it takes minutes till you got contents displayed. Not sure what to provide to back up my claim but happy to be contacted with request.
