oms_cms website and doc link from djangopackages

Describe the bug Links from project on djangopackages.org/packages and oms_cms landing page are partially broken.

Woms Team landing page: site produces 404 error.

CMS landing page: The English pages contain very little English. The menu on the header is correct but the predominant language of the developers is 95% of visible content.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'https://oms-cms.site/en/' and select any link to alternate pages and header menu entries.
2. https://djangopackages.org/packages/p/oms_cms/ Click on 'Woms Team' link below on right. 404 error occures.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. English in the link pages. Defaults to Rum, some have a sentence or two in English

Screenshots Not needed. Issue obvious on any link from home page.
