Needs some feed improvements

What feature is it?

1. Get stories news from inst via picuki (it also supports viewing them w/out any account!)
2. Get all images from inst post
3. Add 2fa support on inst

What problem does this feature solve?

1. Complete inst parsing (rss feed), rn there no news about new stories
2. If there was multiple photos in a post, then feed gets only first (if picuki is used)
3. A lot of server's IPs are banned (marked as suspicious), so 2fa are required to login (once by email) or some browser session loading (for bypassing 2fa)

There is a problem, the guid. Nothing is suitable to be a guid. Picuki only returns the media itself and its poster, along with a relative post time. Media URLs may deserve a try, but no one can guarantee that they won't change before the story expired.
