I still have one question though. In the file lib/routes/copymanga/comic.ts, line 77:

guid: `https://copymanga.site/comic/${comic_path_word}/chapter/${uuid}`,

This domain copymanga.site is outdated and no longer works. So this should be updated as well, right?

It's a guid . Changing it will cause duplicates entries of current items for all users. Apart from that, I believe no RSS readers will server it as entry link since guid is not necessary a visitable link.
